Belvedere Lodge is situated on a tree lined road at the edge of Durdham Downs, in close proximity to Whiteladies Road and the amenities offered by the vibrant community of Redland.

The home specializes in dementia care, including Alzheimer’s disease. The management team foster an atmosphere built on freedom, not control. Staff positively engage with residents and support them in living as independently as possible. Entertainment and activities are regularly scheduled, residents are encouraged and supported by staff to enjoy all that Belvedere has to offer.

Belvedere Lodge comprises of a ground floor with two lounges , one being a large social area and the other a smaller , quieter and more intimate space. The restaurant area is spacious and overlooks the gardens. Accommodation is offered across three floors, all of which are fully accessible via our chairlift.

Rosewood House can be found on Westbury Road next to Durdham Downs. The bustling shopping area of Henleaze is only a short walk away.
​
The home provides a warm and relaxed atmosphere, staff respond positively and effectively to the needs of their residents, providing comfort and support.
​
Rosewood offers single room accommodation, with the exception of a spacious double room that can be occupied as a large single or by a couple who wish to share. Upper floor rooms are fully accessible via a chairlift. A number of our ground floor rooms have direct access to our pleasant gardens and courtyard.
​
A large lounge is located on the ground floor alongside a spacious restaurant area providing a light and comfortable space to enjoy meals or just spend time together, residents also have the opportunity to enjoy a pamper at our onsite hairdressing salon!

Patron House is set in idyllic gardens at the junction of Stoke Lane and Parrys Lane, Westbury-On-Trym. The local amenities are within walking distance of the home.

Patron House accommodates up to 12 people, its smaller size contributes to its warm family feel. The home provides a relaxing atmosphere where staff positively engage with residents and encourage them to take part in the activities on offer.
​
Ten of the rooms are single occupancy, there is also a suite comprising of two interconnecting rooms and a bathroom which can be occupied as a single or by a couple who wish to share.
​
The ground floor offers two lounge spaces, a large social lounge and a smaller, quieter lounge. The first floor is fully accessible via our chairlift.

Despite receiving an overall rating of Requires Improvement we are confident we offer a Good service, our report highlights the particular skill of our staff and the extremely person-centred care we offer in our small boutique home.
Any issues identified were rectified at the time of the inspection process and prior to report publication, however still feature in the final report.

Crossley House offers single occupancy accommodation. The ground floor comprises of two lounges, a larger lounge with a television and a smaller more intimate space where residents can spend time talking or taking part in activities. The restaurant area sits within our conservatory, offering a light and airy space to enjoy mealtimes. Access to the first floor is made easy via our chairlift.

Hengrove Lodge offers both residential and dementia care, it is situated just off the Wells road close to the local amenities.
​
All rooms are single occupancy and the first floor is fully accessible via a lift. The ground floor has a spacious lounge that serves as a hive for entertainment with a piano and television. This opens up in to our orangery and dining room. The orangery provides a comfortable space to sit and chat or to partake in activities. The warm and comfortable atmosphere is complemented by a secluded patio garden.
Hengrove Lodge possesses a warm family feel. Every resident is treated as an individual whose needs are both special and important.

Frenchay House

Frenchay House is a grade two listed building situated in the heart of Frenchay village, overlooking the common. Its picturesque location is only a short distance to the local churches, shops and pubs.

Staff at the home pay particular attention to creating a community feeling, involving residents in local events such as the flower show. There is an extensive range of entertainment and activities available for all to enjoy.
​
Frenchay house provides both residential and dementia care. We also offer the unique opportunity to stay in a private flat or suite comprising of a bedroom, lounge, kitchenette and bathroom that can be personalized with small items of furniture and artwork. We can offer accommodation for couples who wish to share.
​
A large lounge can be found on the ground floor and a spacious restaurant area where residents can enjoy mealtimes and socialize. Upper floor rooms are fully accessible via a lift or chairlift.
Our care assistants have won the South Gloucestershire Care awards, Caring Heroes Awards, the Great British Care Awards and the regional Care and Support West Awards, being selected as finalists for the support they provide to our residents.
