Rosewood House is situated adjacent to Durdham Down at the junction of Westbury Road with Cavendish Road. It overlooks the playing fields of Badminton School and is conveniently placed for shops, post office, library, churches and banks. Emphasis is placed on comfort kindness and friendship.
The Home Environment

Rosewood House is situated adjacent to Durdham Down at the junction of Westbury Road with Cavendish Road. It overlooks the playing fields of Badminton School and is conveniently placed for shops, post office, library, churches and banks. Emphasis is placed on comfort kindness and friendship.

 
Accommodation

Each resident’s room is individual. We provide accommodation for up to 17 elderly ladies and gentlemen of 65 years and over. All have private facilities varying from a washhand basin to an ensuite wc. All rooms are centrally heated and are equipped with TVs and emergency-call systems. Residents may have telephone lines installed in their rooms if they wish. Single room occupancy is usual. Please ask if you would prefer to share. Resident’s are encouraged to bring their own possessions – furniture, pictures, plants to personalise their private accommodation.

 
There is a large lounge on the ground floor, one half of this is also the television room. There is a spacious dining room with an additional comfortable seating area. All floors can be reached via our chairlift. The main telephone is situated with a seating area in the quiet hallway, local calls are free of charge, there is a recharge for long distance calls.
We have a choice of assisted or independent bathrooms and a hairdressing salon is located on the ground floor.
