RESIDENTIAL CARE
Residents who live in our homes will benefit from highest quality of care in a homely, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Each resident’s room is individual, resident’s are encouraged to bring their own possessions – furniture, pictures, plants to personalise their private accommodation.
All rooms have en-suite facilities varying from a washhand basin and wc to a full en-suite bathroom. All rooms are centrally heated and are equipped with freeview TVs and emergency-call systems. Residents can have their own telephone line installed in their room if they wish.
You are welcome to come and have a good look around our homes or to book yourself in for some day care or for a week’s holiday if we have a space available. You can come in to visit and stay for lunch. This way you will get to know the staff really well and be sure that the home is right for you. Daily routines and activities are tailor-made around you as an individual and we will do everything in our power to arrange the care and life you choose.
All care is arranged on an initial four week trial period, at the end of this time there will be a full review of your care to assess whether you’re satisfied, and if you’d like to remain with us. At this stage your care plan can be modified to ensure that you receiving the care that’s exactly right for you.
