The Home Environment
Frenchay House is a warm friendly Retirement Home situated in a quiet rural location opposite Frenchay Common, which is a designated area of national beauty. The home is a large Grade 2 listed building.
The Frome Valley Walkway runs through the village and there are everyday sightings of woodpeckers, kingfishers and other wildlife. Local churches and a pub are within easy walking distance.

The Home offers a unique opportunity to live in your own private flat with all the benefits of a residential care home or to choose an attractive en-suite bedroom.
We have a variety of single rooms with their own bathroom and suites which provide their own bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchenette. Residents can personalise their own rooms. Small items of furniture and pictures are welcome.
For residents recreation we offer games, outings, musical entertainment, exercise and social evenings. A lift operates between floors. Adequate parking space is available for visitors.
We offer a 24 hour service, run with devoted, friendly and experienced staff to provide a comfortable and homely life for residents.
